Technology

At the heart of our services is the widely applicable JDP-70 PM technology

JDP 70 - PM or NG family - depolymerization system - is conceptually new device based on closed low temperature depolymerization. It is intended for the recycling and recovery of large quantities of wastes containing polymers / plastics, rubber, petroleum sludge and waste oils. The recycling of the feedstock in a closed pyrolysis unit generates a larger volume of liquid fuel or gas compared to an open pyrolysis plant.

Unique technology - modernized, improved and fine-tuning in the Czech Republic dropped to minimum energy loss and total utilization reaches almost 1: 1. Its daily capacity is to process up to 10 tons of waste.

Disposal of a wide range of waste

The high efficiency and versatility of the JDP-70 PM or NG family technology enables its use not only for cost-effective plastic disposal, but also for a wide range of other wastes such as:

Plastic feedstock

-        Solid plastic wastes / polymers, mixture of solid heterogeneous plastic wastes

Solid feedstock

-        Scrap tires - one-piece, Scrap tires - shredded, Wooden railroad slippers, Sawdust and chip scrap, contaminated by mineral oil and gasoline (15% of oil and more), Sand - contaminated by mazut, gasoline and oil (15% of oil and more), Used active coal - contaminated by mineral oil (15% of oil and more), Used carbon filters - contaminated by mineral oil (15% of oil and more), Used coal mass - contaminated by mineral oil (15% of oil and more), Solid working stock waste - contaminated by oily and mineral fat products, Bitumen and asphalt solid wastes, Wiper - contaminated by oil and oil products, Oil-contaminated wiper (15% of oil and more), Oily scale (15% of oil and more) , Oily hemp (15% of oil and more)

Liquid feedstock

-        Waste oils (motor, vehicle, diesel, jet, industrial, transmission, compressor, turbine, hydraulic, halogen-free), Used synthetic and mineral oils, Waste of oil-containing emulsion and emulsion mixture for mechanical treating

The difference between the JDP-70 and the NG family lies in the way the material is processed. While the JDP-70 is able to process unprepared material in the cell through the use of brew kettles, the NG family requires prepared - crushed material.

Ecological approach

The key advantage of our approach and technology used for low temperature depolymerization is its high environmental performance, achieving near zero emissions - the threshold values (TLVs) are not exceeded.

Waste sorting

For our customers in countries where there are no established procedures and standards for efficient waste sorting, we are ready to extend our solutions with complementary projects of waste collection and especially waste sorting.

Energy production

The high financial efficiency of our projects can be achieved by efficiently processing the feedstock of the depolymerization process - pyrolysis gas and oil. These include the use of depolymerization outputs directly at the site of the line in the form of conversion to electricity.

Besides the use of efficient generators in various output ranges is also appreciated by customers long-term reliability of supply in places away from conventional energy sources (hydro or thermal power).

Alternative utilization of depolymerization output

In places where the feed-in price of electricity is too low, it is possible to equip the technology line with an additional mini-refinery, which, according to market requirements, can convert the feedstock into conventional fuels such as diesel or petrol.
